Our technical team
As a technical office, focussed on CAD-CAM-CAE, we provide services from small workshops to large companys, being your competitive partner, and providing engineriing services mainly to the next sectors:

Automotive (Stamping)
Die planning and stamping simulations (CATIA V5 & Autoform)
- Die planning and simulations for automotive sheet (Quality standards VW, Mercedes, PSA, VOLVO, Renault...)
- Knowledge in external part, transfer and progresives.
- Pre-process for the quotation for the client.
- Concurrent engineering services in-house.
Automotive (Stamping)
3D Design (CATIA V5)
- 3D/2D design of the die (tandem, transfer and progresive).
- CAD operational and Surfaces preparation for die machining.
- Final CAD corrections to final readiness.
- Inverse enginering based on digitized.

CNC CAM CNC Programming (TEBIS 4, CATIA V5)
- CNC programming for dies.
- In-house services with our costumers if required.
Aeroespace
CAM: CNC programming in 3/4/5 axis (CATIA V5)
- CNC programming in 3,4 or 5 axis for aerostructure parts, fuselage parts, from the largest CNC machines to the most complex CNC centers.

CAD: Tooling design(CATIA V5)
- 3D/2D design of machining tooling, drilling tooling, straightening tooling, and any type of toolin (Usually working with Airbus Quality Standars)
Casting Moulds
Design área (CATIA V5)
- Pattern design, core, corebox, moulding bottom, extractors for wooden moulds and Styrofoam.
- 3D parts design from drawings.
- Parts design with draft and extra areas for machining.

- CNC programming for different type of moulds (Wood, polystyrene, etc..)
Wind Power
Process, tooling and CNC programming.
- CNC parameterized programming for the machinne setting of the wind prototype: mainly wings and bushings.
- Use of the taster for program, calculation and corrections from automatic origin.
- Different CNC systems: Fagor, Fanuc, Siemens and HeidenHein.
- Design and manufacturing of the required tooling.
- Set-up of the prototype in client machine.
- Prototype ready for use.
